  • Please bring a current list of prescribed and over the counter medications with you including the dosage and any known drug allergies.

Fees & Payments

If you have insurance, we will gladly help you file for any benefits to which you are entitled. However, it remains the responsibility of the individual patient to settle his/her account promptly. To help us file your claim correctly, we must make a photocopy or scan an image of your card(s). All co-pay, co-insurance and/or deductible amounts are due at the time of service.

What is the Patient Portal?

The exscribe Patient Portal is a private website that Specialty Orthopedic Group uses to communicate with our patients and allows our patients to securely manage their healthcare needs quickly and conveniently. Once registered, you will have the ability to send and receive secure communications with your physician, update your personal information, submit payments, and more.
